3.6 Lack of social interaction and community ecology
Currently, the vast majority of e-cigarette products are isolated experiences: "buy, smoke, and store by oneself", without any social layer.
Users cannot share their usage experience, recommended recipes, or device tips on the platform
Without a "leaderboard" Incentive Mechanism, one cannot see their performance in the group
The lack of group participation models such as "community tasks", "agency mining", and "smoke bomb challenges" cannot promote interaction and a sense of belonging between users
Generation Z users are representatives of social, gaming, and participatory types. They hope to have status, rank, honor, and a sense of contribution on the platform. Whiffin introduces agency system, leaderboard system, NFT rating mechanism, and UGC co-creation reward mechanism, allowing users to "stay for socializing and pay for achievements".
The pain point of the e-cigarette industry is not only the defects of the product itself, but also the lack of platform thinking - the lack of the ability to connect "user-device-data-incentive".
Whiffin broke down these issues into six core challenges and addressed them through:
Decentralized physical device (DePIN) + intelligent cartridge mechanism
NFT binding identity + upgrade + growth system
Web3 Points Economy + Token Incentive Closed Loop
Data privacy and authorization mechanisms
Diverse social structures (agencies, rankings, tasks)
Build a sustainable system, strong user stickiness, data monetization of the new ecological model.
