3.4 Lack of Incentive Mechanism and Weak User Stickiness
Although e-cigarettes are a daily high-frequency consumer product, the product logic of most brands still stays at "sell and complete", and users lack a sense of mission, purpose, or achievement during use.
No behavior guidance mechanism : Users will not receive positive feedback due to "reducing nicotine" or "continuous use record", and rarely form phased goals.
No positive reward system : the lack of points, titles, rankings, identity mechanisms and other Gamification elements, users can not feel personal growth and progress.
There is no visible benefit in the process of use : In existing devices, the more users "suck", the more they may just "spend", without forming a logic of accumulative value or "future convertible returns".
Whiffin's design is based on the logic of "behavior โ points โ tokens โ monetization", incorporating inhalation behavior into the on-chain data and equity system, allowing users to obtain real incentives while controlling dependencies.
