9.2 2025 (Q1~ Q4): Testing launch, NFT sales, equipment delivery and governance launch

2025 is a key year for Whiffin to achieve the transition from "system launch" to "initial ecological formation". The platform will fully launch Genesis NFT sales, equipment delivery, agency system launch, and gradually introduce community governance and token economy closed loop.

Quarter 1 (Q1):

• Officially launched official website and Mini-App Mini Program Open Beta.

• Launch Genesis Device NFT sales, open casting and binding functions.

• Log in to the Sei platform and release the "Pure Vape, Pure Gain" mining experience for the first time.

• Collect early user feedback, conduct rapid product iteration and data optimization.

Second quarter (Q2):

• The physical device Genesis Device has officially started delivery.

• The cigarette cartridge mall is online, opening the VapeSmith cigarette cartridge synthesis function.

• Agency System and Ranking Incentive Mechanism launched simultaneously;

• Expand pilot cooperation in the three major markets of South East Asia, Japan, and North America.

Third quarter (Q3):

• Equipment Data Acquisition scale, promote mining machine algorithm optimization.

• Launch more gameplay, such as UGC smoke bomb challenge, cross-agency PK, NFT skins.

• Launch brand collaboration and release the first batch of IP cigarette stems and brand peripheral products.

• Start the $WIN Token airdrop and complete the first TGE with the distribution of points.

• Officially launched liquidity incentive plan and on-chain governance preparation.

Fourth quarter (Q4):

• Whiffin DAO governance mechanism is online, community proposal and NFT voting mechanism are effective.

• Launch global equipment supply chain optimization and localization after-sales system deployment.

• The health behavior tracking module has been officially released, providing personalized smoking cessation advice based on device data.

• Launched Genesis Device NFT upgrade roadmap and second-generation device module development plan.
