9.1 Second half of 2024 (H2): Seed round launch and product prototype validation

Whiffin will complete seed round financing in the second half of 2024, laying the foundation for early R & D and operations. At this stage, the core goal is to define the product and build a preliminary usable prototype.

• Completed the prototype design and functional verification of Genesis Device intelligent electronic cigarette , clarified the Modularization structure, Data Acquisition path and chip recognition mechanism;

• Launch Whiffin Mini-App Mini Program prototype development, implement points output logic, account binding, and initial NFT interaction.

• Establish a basic brand identity and overseas compliance framework, and launch compliance research in North America, Japan, and South Korea.

This stage focuses on technical prototype verification and clear business model, laying a solid foundation for subsequent market launch and user access.
