8.3 Establishment of agencies, commission distribution, membership mechanism

Agency is an important structure for Whiffin community collaboration, point bonuses, and resource coordination. Users can join the agency by binding NFTs and enjoy higher WINC output and strategic resources.

Basic rules of agency:

• Conditions for establishment : NFTs of a specified level and quantity need to be pledged

• Joining requirements : Users need to hold advanced cartridges and bind at least 1 NFT, no cooling period

• Level setting : the agency has five levels from Lv.1 to Lv.5, which determine the maximum number of members and the proportion of the president's commission

WINC allocation calculation formula:

WINC_user/day = WINC_guild_total/day × (W_user / ∑W_guild_users) × (1 - R_leader)

Among them:

• W_user = NFT Quantity Factor × Level Bonus × Prop Bonus × Agency Bonus

• R_leader = President's reward rate (e.g. 20%)

The agency system adjusts quotas through multidimensional coefficients, effectively strengthening user group development, role differences, and community collaboration.
