10.1 Age gates and Distribution Restrictions

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and the safety of Juvenile, Whiffin explicitly sets the following sales and usage restrictions:

• Legal age limit : Whiffin products are only available to adults who have reached the legal smoking age. Most countries are 18 years old, and some regions (such as Japan) are 20 years old.

• Regional sales compliance : The platform only provides sales and service support in countries/regions where electronic cigarette products are legally allowed to circulate.

• Selling to Juvenile is strictly prohibited : Any form of sales, both online and offline, must go through an identity verification mechanism, and selling equipment or cartridges to Juvenile is prohibited.

• Regulatory dynamic adaptation : The platform will continue to follow the policy changes of e-cigarettes in major markets such as the European Union, the US, and South East Asia, and adjust sales strategies to ensure legal operation.
